  1. I find this remarkable in the variety you describe at a time that is so plain and often ugly, this winter with snow, whose beauty seldom lasts with slush and grey. The “timbre” of rain…inspires me to sit by the window like a curled up cat though I probably won’t because I’m too busy thinking about crap in my head and “its habit of doodling” seems to play along with the statement in the first paragraph or at least it does for me in that beauty can be everywhere, a perception that I lack far too much these days which makes your work not only brillant, but beneficial to my well being.

    1. Thanks Steve. It used to be a lot easier when we were young. But it’s worth the effort. Even in a winter rain.

Random question…have you seen the movie Iron Claw? It’s about pro wrestling in the 80’s. The story of the Von Erich brothers. I don’t know if you watched wrestling then or at all. But it was a really good movie.

      1. It was like we were asleep when we were kids, a quick 12 year dream.

I haven’t seen the movie yet, but as a kid, I watched the AWA with the likes of George “the Animal” Steele and a guy from Milwaukee named “The Crusher” and I loved that movie “The Wrestler” with Mickey Rourke so I’m gonna definitely check out Iron Claw. Thanks for mentioning it Bob.
