  1. Man, can you ever capture a feeling Bob. This one is so darn tangible and without the burden of gravity and ho-hum routine. Has me wanting it to be October soon. That’s my favorite season I think….Fall. Other dimensions and space travel. Amen to that! I was gonna save my last drop of whisky until tomorrow, but screw it. I’m drinking it now. Cheers!

    1. Thanks, Steve! And cheers back at you. I’m glad you liked this one. I’ve been in a bit of a writer’s block. So I’m glad this one worked. I’m right there with you about Fall. Though lately, it’s been summer.

  2. I enjoy how your poems put together unpredictable words and cause (to me) surprising effects. “Lemonade of time travel” will roll around my skull for a while. A summery and refreshing drink compared to, say, peach schnapps. The idea of how time travel could refresh us. Reminds me of Ray Bradbury’s “Dandelion Wine,” which I loved. I’m picturing Ray sitting on a porch and toasting your poem with a tall glass of lemonade.

    1. Thanks, Dave! I’m with you on the lemonade over the peach schnapps. I’m a fan of Bradbury, but I haven’t read Dandelion Wine. I will have to find a copy of that. And thanks for the image of Ray sitting on the porch with the lemonade. To think he might like this poem is pretty awesome.
