  1. childhood feels like a foreign paradise I’me forever banned from ever experiencing again, that hunger for fun, that willing to do anything for fun. I guess I got sidetracked on the point “hostility to interpretation” is a line to wonder about…..and yes this ditty sings…….i’m hoping for some musical chairs with strangers today. Gotta go recycle cans. Always an adventure in impatience.

    1. The interpretation line, is like you said, forever banned from experiencing. Childhood has it’s own way of looking at the world, and as adults we think we still get that, but I don’t think we do anymore. Hence, we can’t interpret childhood anymore.

      1. it’s rare but i’ve seen people, like adults be able to reactivate that child like way, but i bet it’s really rare because kids are the weirdest of all beings if you ask me like turtles and birds and adults are somewhat predictable but kids? who the hell knows what they might do next like some sort of 6 year lsd trip.

      2. Haha. Well said. I remember reading something Picasso said, about learning to paint like a master took years, but then he said it took a lifetime to learn how to paint like a child again.
